Before joining Purpose, Laura worked as an independent consultant and founded her own strategy and communications consultancy in New Delhi where she led a team that was responsible for developing CSR strategies and partnerships for major corporations including BG Group, Sterlite Technologies and Shahi Exports. She has developed purpose-led strategies for startups and nonprofits and has worked extensively with manufacturers, retailers and advocacy organisations in the fashion industry to prove the business case for investing in improved worker welfare and human rights.
